My Official World Series Prediction

With World Series game one already finished, it’s past time to release my official World Series winner prediction in how many games. Here it is along with my reasoning.


Why the Rays will win:
However, Tampa Bay has the clear upper hand on starting pitching. Kevin Cash's team will rely once again on their pitching to shut down some dangerous Milwaukee bats in Jackson Chourio, Brice Turang and more. The key for the Rays likely lies in their lineup, where Junior Caminero, Yandy Díaz and Jonathan Aranda appear to be heating up at the right time. Much like Milwaukee, the Rays will put together quality at-bats, get on base and then cause havoc on the base-paths.

Why the Brewers will win:
Milwaukee should have a decently big edge on offense. The Brewers have as many as five hitters you really have to worry about. The Rays really only have three: Junior Caminero, Yandy Díaz, and Jonathan Aranda. Even though Brewers play an almost identical style to the Rays their offense provides a little more juice than the Rays however, and absolutely no one on the Rays can match Jacob Misiorowski’s fastball heat.

Final Prediction: Brewers win in 6 games

The Crew is up against an incredibly talented Rays team but I believe Milwaukee will pull through to win their first franchise World Series.
