The MLB regular season has just ended, and that means the offseason has started. And that means free agency. So to kick off free agency, I’m going to predict contracts for the top 5 MLB free agents, and their potential suitors. Let’s start with number 5.

5. Kyle Schwarber, OF/DH, Phillies, Age 33

Contract Prediction: 4 years, $140 million 

Potential Suitors: Phillies, Rangers, Padres, Yankees

4. Framber Valdez, SP, Astros, Age 32

Contract Prediction: 6 years, $200 million

Potential Suitors: Astros, Orioles, Cardinals, Giants

3. Bo Bichette, SS, Blue Jays, Age 27

Contract Prediction: 7 years, $230 million

Potential Suitors: Tigers, Blue Jays, Dodgers, Braves

2. Dylan Cease, SP, Padres, Age 29

Contract Prediction: 8 years, $260 million

Potential Suitors: Cubs, Yankees, Mets, Braves

1. Kyle Tucker, OF, Cubs, Age 28

Contract Prediction: 10 years, $470 million
