My thoughts:
While Schlittler has a decent year in 2025, he is receiving the recognition he deserves in 2026, and there is a very good shot he becomes the AL Cy Young. He also has a relatively quiet injury history with most of his injuries being minor. The Yankees are getting an absolute steal on him because he is just going into Pre-Arbitration next year. I’m excited to see how Schlittler fits in with the Yanks as they strive towards another World Series.
